That's a drain problem. Your Bosch manual says to check the filter under the bottom rack first: twist it out and rinse it. Still stuck? Your appliance repair contact is right here.
Is the fridge still under warranty?

What's inside

Set up once with photos of your house, then it keeps working for years.

Maintenance on a schedule

What's due this month, with a reminder on your phone, and who to call for each job.

Warranties and insurance

Your documents read for you: what's covered, when it ends, and when your policy renews.

Manuals saved, AI help 24/7

Every appliance's manual saved and read, with AI help any hour, day or night, answered from your actual model.

Emergency steps

Water shutoff, breaker panel, gas, with photos. Plates in the house link to them, and they work even offline.

Contractors and history

Who works on your house, what was done and when, and improvements kept for taxes.

Plan ahead

Systems and appliances near the end of their life, recall checks, and what to budget for.

The plates: help right where you need it

Small weatherproof plates go where you'd need help in a hurry. Anyone in the house scans one with their phone's camera, with no app and no password, and gets the steps for that exact spot in your house, with your photos.

  • Who they're for: your family, a house sitter, guests, a babysitter, even a contractor standing at the panel. Anyone who's in the house when something goes wrong.
  • Where they go: the main water shutoff, under the sinks, the breaker panel, the gas meter, next to the fire extinguishers and first aid kit, and one "House help" plate in the kitchen.
  • What they show: only emergency steps, who to call, and your guest Wi-Fi. Never your documents, insurance, receipts or anything private.
  • When the internet is down: once a phone has opened them, the emergency steps still work without a connection.
  • Included with setup: a printed weatherproof set mailed to you with do it yourself, or placed for you with in-home setup.

Getting set up

Two ways to start, then $12.50 a month.

Do it yourself

$99 setup

A guided setup on your phone: walk the house, take the photos, and send it in. Your Housebook is built from it, with printed plates for the house.

In-home setup

$349 setup

We come to the house (southeastern Connecticut), find and photograph every shutoff and label, gather the documents with you, and install the plates.

Plus $12.50 a month, billed yearly starting at signup ($249 to start with do it yourself, $499 with in-home setup). Each additional home or unit: half-price setup, same $12.50 a month.

Renting out 3 or more homes or units? Bulk pricing is available with the year paid up front. Rentals · ask us for a quote.
